We are focused on producing competitively priced, scientifically developed compression garments of the highest quality by the most efficient means possible.

Regarded as a leader in textile science, we listen to and learn from both patients and medical professionals who teach us how to improve the mechanical properties of our product so that we can marry the needs of a patient with the suggestions of their prescribing physicians.

COMPRESSION  GARMENT SYMPOSIUMS

Hands on, intimate and FUN! This is the spirit of our compression garment symposiums where we learn from the real experts. Symposium attendees point out their suggested improvements on garments and review new garments with Marena's lead designer, Jeffrey Stephens (not pictured).

Below are a couple images from the last symposium. More images will be posted soon.

Clinical Study on Compression Garments EXECUTIVE SUMMARYMinimize

The objective of this study was to measure patient response while wearing different types of prescribed compression garments in order to determine the variance in patients’ experiences and compliance.

The findings revealed a significant inequality in comfort and performance between the newly developed, F5-certified ComfortWear® experimental garment (The Marena Group, Lawrenceville, GA) and industry standard control garment (Design Veronique, Richmond, CA).

The results suggest a considerable increase in patient satisfaction and compliance when patients wear the F5-certified compression garment.
