F5 fabrics are made using premium yarns such as Invista Lycra Soft® spandex and Tactel® MultiSoft nylon.

The graphs to the left are based on the latest rounds of tests comparing F5 our certified fabric with the 5 leading competitors. All tests were conducted at the University of North Carolina.

Expensive finishing treatments are also applied to F5 fabrics to improve their hand meaning how they feel when you touch them. Standard powernet fabrics made of cheaper raw materials and less expensive manufacturing techniques cannot achieve the softness of F5 fabrics.
