My experience with Marena Group is outstanding. My Rep, Terrell Abney is awesome. He is always courteous, professional and very helpful.It is always pleasant to deal with him and Marena has a great product line. The website is user-friendly. I'm able to navigate the site without too much difficulty. There was only one instance where I wanted to purchase a surgical bra in a particular color and there was a minor glitch with the program (it wouldn't allow me to select that particular garment). But the issue wasn't a big deal to me. Once I place my internet order, I receive a prompt email (usually within 10 minutes) itemizing my order and when I can expect my order. The quality of the product (surgical bras for a bi-lateral mastechtomy)was very good. The bras fit comfortably and appear to be well made. I receive my orders in perfect condition everytime (I have placed 3 separate orders with this company). I will continue to use this company for my next purchases. They are extremely customer satisfaction oriented and go out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. Their products are of the highest quality and we are very satisfied. When I called I got a live person immediately. When I asked about by Sue in Texas on 07/14/2008 I recently had brachioplasty and had to wear compression sleeves for 6 weeks after surgery. I ordered a different type of sleeve from another company and had to guess the final size of my arms and the size I was sent was just a bit to small and pretty uncomfortable. After a few days of wearing these "to small" sleeves I called Marena Group and ordered a vest from them and they were so comfortable and the perfect size. I'm really sorry I didn't buy from them in the first place. The only negative I had about the experience is I was told the vest would be shipped that day (Friday) so I would have it by Wednesday and it wasn't shipped until Monday so I didn't get it until Saturday. The bra feature, unfortunetly, pressed my breasts flat. But if I had chosen a size to accommodate my breasts, the rest of the garment would have been too big. 2) It would be nice if this garment had the option of having shorter legs, like around the thigh. I had a tummy tuck and back lipo and did not need for it to go all the way down to my knees, it makes much of my clothes unwearable. I would like to mention that the seam in the rear buttocks area is coming undone. Other than that, it is quite comfortable. I was wondering if you do complimentary adjustments, and if so, I would like to be able to have it shortened in the legs. Overnight shipping fee was inexpensive; product is superb and well worth its cost. When I ordered the wrong size, Marena was kind enough to overnight me the larger size. I can't praise them enough--they're in business to help people, not just make money. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I purchased four garments and they were worth every penny...no problems with the garments other than sizing, but they were more than accomodating...they replaced them and I received them the VERY NEXT DAY...
I am 5'2" tall and I purchased the Stage One XL (Pre Surgery)**The Mid Body Body suit with suspenders** it was awesome, it didn't roll down, or bite into my skin...and because of such a dramatic weightloss Post Surgery the stage 2 garment in XL was too large (not usual) once putting it on, so I was allowed to exchange it without a problem...
If you are shopping around for places to buy garments...this is the BEST place, in my opinion...I had nothing but great service... I could not be more pleased with the service and products at Marena. Their quality far surpasses other brands, and their customer service reps could not be more polite and helpful. The fabric is unbelievably soft and comfortable. Patients love them and the Second Stage garments leave no creases in the skin. I reccomend them to all our lipo patients. Ordered from them several times. More expensive than other brands but worth the money. Great customer service, quick shipping and easy returns. The F5 material is so wonderful, my patient compliance has risen substantially and now I am having to tell patients to wean themselves from their garment when they no longer need it. I don't worry a garment will become dangerously tight because the sizing of their garments is pretty accurate...if you measure! My after surgery garment had more coverage and was larger size than I needed for my second stage garment. The phone rep was very helpful in helping me decide which garment and size to go with when I switched. The garments clean easily (if not left dirty too long) and are very comfortable as support garments go. I had experience with another brand and it was far heavier and bulkier than the Marena Group one. I would definitely get another Marena garment should the need arise again. My experience is being great! Since I had my plastic surgery I do not take off my gardle at all. I love my gardle! The gardle is versatile,comfortable and is made of a very light material.
