Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

Same-Day Cutoff

Expedited (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) domestic orders with 10 or fewer items are scheduled to ship the same day if received before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Expedited orders received after 3:00 PM EST or with more than 10 items will ship the next business day.

Standard (Ground, First Class, Free Shipping) domestic orders will ship the next business day. Holidays may affect shipping schedules, as outlined below.

For example, an overnight order placed on Friday at 4:00 PM (after the 3:00 cutoff for same-day shipping) will be processed on Monday (the next business day) and arrive on Tuesday, assuming that Monday and Tuesday are not holidays.

International Shipping

Orders placed on marenagroup.com can only be delivered to destinations inside the United States.

P.O. Boxes

All orders placed with a P.O. Box destination will be shipped USPS First Class. Other carriers do not deliver to a post office box.

Weekends and Holidays

Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping/transit time. Overnight orders shipped on Friday can be expected on the following business day (typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday). Expedited shipping is a service of the carrier and exceptions to the expected delivery time are at the discretion of the carrier.

Holidays Affecting Shipping

Marena's shipping department will be closed on the following holidays:

  • January 1 (New Year's Day)
  • Third Monday in January (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
  • Last Monday in May (Memorial Day)
  • July 4 (Independence Day)
  • First Monday in September (Labor Day)
  • Fourth Thursday + Friday in November (Thanksgiving)
  • December 25, 26 (Christmas)

Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Shipping delays may occur during Marena's annual Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sales event due to increased volume.

Return Information

We guarantee all garments for 14 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect. No returns or refunds will be processed for orders outside of the return policy.

Should you wish to return a garment, please call 1-888-4-MARENA to initiate your return request. Any returned items must be received within 10 business days of initiating a return request.

All returns are subject to inspection before refunds store credit are issued. Refunds and/or store credit will not be issued for garments that have been soiled, altered, washed, damaged, worn, sized incorrectly, that emit odors (including, but not limited to: detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke, or food) or indicate that they have come into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander). 

Returns due to incorrect sizing will be refused unless the product is unopened and in its original, sealed package.

All approved returns are eligible for full refund less the cost of shipping and handling. Marena does not cover the shipping cost to return a product. Inspections are processed within 10 business days of receiving a returned garment.

Any returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

We recommend holding onto your tracking number until return is received at Marena.

Due to the medical classification of Marena Recovery garments, product that has been worn for any length of time except to try it on is not eligible for return. As such, any returned garment will undergo an inspection to determine eligibility. This policy complies with FDA regulations for medical devices.

Marena does not offer product exchanges. If a replacement garment is desired, please place a new order and initiate a return request for your current garment (see return instructions above) separately. This way, you will receive your new garment as quickly as possible.
