When will my package ship?

Expedited (next-day, 2nd-day and 3rd-day) domestic orders with 10 or fewer items are scheduled to ship the same day if received before 3 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Expedited orders received after 3 p.m. EST, or with more than 10 items, and ALL ground orders are scheduled to ship the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: P.O. BOXES, AE, APO must use USPS shipping method. Also, weekends and holidays are NOT included in shipping (transit) time. Overnight orders shipped on Friday can be expected on the following business day (typically Monday, unless Monday is a holiday). Expedited shipping is a service of the carrier you select and exceptions to the expected delivery time are at the discretion of the carrier.

Return Information

We guarantee all garments for 14 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect.  No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed after 14 days of receipt.  Returned items must be received at Marena within 10 days after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

For Custom, Made to Measure or special order products:
These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

For ComfortWear®, VeraVasi and Athletics8 branded products:
ComfortWear, VeraVasi and Athletics8 products are eligible for full refund or exchange minus cost of shipping.  All returns must be in their original product packaging except for those returned for manufacturing defect.

All returns are subject to inspection before refunds or exchanges are issued*: 
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for garments that have been: soiled, altered, washed, worn, damaged, emit odors (including, but not limited to, detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke or food) or indicate that they have come into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander).
*Items returned for manufacturing defect are accepted regardless of condition.  

To Return A Garment:
Please contact the doctor, practice, website or distributor from whom you purchased your garments. All returns sent to Marena require a Return Authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA#, please contact the Marena Professional Advocacy Care Team at 1-888-4-Marena or email returns@marenagroup.com. Garments returned without a return authorization will not be processed. When a RA# has been obtained, ship the item(s) back to Marena via the carrier of your choice (tracking number recommended for the shipment). Marena will not cover the shipping cost to return the garment. Returns are processed within 2 business days from receipt. Your return must have a Return Authorization Label attached to the outside of the package or it will be returned to sender. View label here
